Portable infrared spectrometers: application, challenges, and perspectives

Barbara Giussani is associate professor of Analytical Chemistry at the Science and High Technology Department in the University of Insubria in Como (Italy). She teaches Analytical Chemistry and Chemometrics, and she is head of the Smart analytical methods and applied chemometrics group. Her research interests are focused on the design and development of smart analytical strategies to solve real-world problems, from sampling to data analysis.
